One can NEVER have too many recipes, and having several recipes for meatloaf is no exception, right! 😉 Here’s another that I’ve made several times as well. The sign of a good cook? One that can “step away” from their normal recipe, giving others a try, LOL! Give this meatloaf recipe a try. Maybe it’ll be YOUR last one? 😉
2 1/2 lbs. Ground beef (80/20)
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups Milk
1 1/2 cups dry Bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Onion powder
1 1/2 – 2 tsp. ground Black pepper
2 1/4 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Accent
Preheat the oven to 350°. Chop the onions. Place the ground beef into a large mixing bowl, add the onions and the rest of the ingredients.
Mix the ingredients together thoroughly to combine well.
Divide the mixture evenly and place them into your loaf or preferred baking pans. I like using my mini bundt pans, makes for easier slicing and serving, plus it’s a change from the normal “loaf” look.
Place them into your preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour OR until meatloaf is done. Drain off excess fat.
Allow the loaf to cool slightly, turn onto your serving dish, make some gravy (I used a prepackaged mix). Slice and serve.
