Mmmm, forget spending so much money on those prepackaged Beer Bread, make your own! It’s so easy and so much better. I used a dark lager beer in this picture, but next time I’m gonna try it with Corona, YUM! I paired it off with my “Rainy Day Chili” http://www.chamoritamommaskitchen.com/2013/10/19/rainy-day-chili/ to make a great game day meal!
3 cups All-purpose Flour, sifted
3 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup Sugar
1 (12 oz.) can/bottle Beer, any brand; at room temperature
1/2 cup Butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Next, grease one loaf pan and set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients with the flour and mix just until well combined. DO NOT OVERMIX! Mix the batter just until it is combined well.
Place into preheated oven and bake for approximately 1 hour or until done. Allow to cool slightly before cutter. Use a serrated knife for better cutting results. ENJOY!
