I made this marinade for my BBQ’ed Skirt steak by accident, now it’s one of our favorites…..
In a mixing bowl, combine about 1 cup of Dale’s marinade, I prefer using the “Low Sodium” one; with 3/4 cup Mojo marinade (samples are below). Wash your Skirt steak and remove any large traces of fat. Place the meat into a large ziplock bag or bowl to marinade in. Pour the marinade overtop and coat the meat on both sides. Place in the refrigerator; I usually marinade mine overnight for the marinade to permeate the meat, try turning it often to marinade both sides evenly. When you’re ready to cook the steak, fire up your grill, I prefer charcoal; but propane will work too.
Cook the meat to your desired doneness. Allow it to sit for about 15-20 minutes before slicing. REMEMBER, slice the meat AGAINST the grain for a much more tender piece. ENJOY!
