Bulgogi Burgers

How about changing up your blahhh, boring burgers and making these!!  These are great grilled or fried….
1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Carrots, minced
3 Green Onion stalks, Chopped
6 Garlic cloves OR Garlic Powder
5 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 1/2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 – 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Accent, optional
In a mixing bowl, combine ALL of the ingredients and mix to combine well. Form 1 patty. In a frying pan, heat about 2 Tbsp. oil and fry the patty, turning until golden brown in color and cooked. Remove the patty and taste. Adjust seasonings, BEFORE completely frying the rest of the ground meat.Form the ground meat into patties and fry until they are all done. Serve. These may also be made into smaller patties for appetizers.NOTE: The oil will burn if heat is too high, because of the soy sauce and sugar in the mixture, you may want to wash the pan once in between frying so that it doesn’t burn too much.  Try them BBQ’ed on the grill.

These may also be made into smaller balls and then baked for appetizers and toothpicks and served with your favorite sauce.
